The Power of Movement

This fun and interactive workshop covers the importance of movement and how physical activity strengthens the foundation skills required for learning and development to take place.

We also look at ways in which you can use natural resources to provide movement experiences that encourage:

  • Brain integration
  • Motor Skills (Fine and Gross)
  • Balance and Coordination
  • Sensory Development
  • Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Eye-Foot Coordination
  • Spatial Awareness
  • Socio-Emotional Development
  • Cognitive Development

We will be running community-based workshops at various venues, but we can also offer centre-based workshops. Let us know your preference.
